Kim Cleminson-Jones - FMAAT, ATT

Founder & Accountant

With over 20 years of experience in finance and business, Kim established KC Accountancy Services in 2016.

Her journey began with a successful bookkeeping business and a high-level finance role in a multi-million-pound company. After the birth of her first child, Kim pursued further training, becoming a full member of AAT and a Licensed Accountant.

In 2021, she achieved Fellow Member status (FMAAT), the highest level of AAT membership, and is also qualified with the ATT. She is passionate about empowering clients with clear, jargon-free advice and fostering long-term relationships.

KC Accountancy has been recognised as a finalist in both the Powys Business Awards (2023) and the Great British Entrepreneur Awards (2022).

“I started KC Accountancy with a laptop, a toddler, and a mission to make tax feel less terrifying. Fast forward a few years and we’ve supported over 200 clients, grown a brilliant team, and built a reputation I’m proud of.

Daisy Lloyd-Evans - AAT Level 2 Qualified | First Class Honours in Business & Finance

Accounts Assistant

Daisy joined KC Accountancy Services in October 2023 and has quickly become a vital part of the team. In 2024, she graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Business and Finance, and has since completed her AAT Level 2 qualification with distinction. She’s now progressing onto Level 3 and continuing to build her experience across all areas of accountancy.

As her role develops, Daisy will be working more closely with clients on business performance reviews — helping them understand their numbers and plan for future growth with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Daisy lives and works on her family’s farm, bringing the same work ethic and commitment to both roles. She’s a fluent Welsh speaker and a passionate supporter of Welsh rugby — never missing a match when the team’s playing.

“I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers, but it’s the people side of accountancy that really motivates me. Since joining KC Accountancy, I’ve completed my AAT Level 2 and a degree in Business and Finance, and I’m now diving into Level 3.

I’m really excited to start working more with clients on business performance and growth — and I love being part of a team that genuinely supports its clients every step of the way.”

Apprentice

We’re excited to be welcoming Alys Hughes to the team in July 2025 as our newest apprentice. We can’t wait to introduce her properly and share more about her journey as she begins her career in accountancy.
